Exchanges and returns.

If you want to know how to return or change one of our products, please write to us at hello@kinira.co or call us at (+57) 310 384 52 68 and we will give you all the information needed to make the delivery. 

TO KEEP IN MIND

  • This return policy applies to all items purchased through our website, by phone, social media and/or e-mail.
  • An item on sale is any item on our website which was purchased with any type of discount. These items can’t be returned. Any item bought on sale that is sent to us will be returned to the registered address on the original purchase and charged to the client.
  • All expenses and taxes on the return or exchange of any item will be charged to the client and are non-refundable if the package is rejected by the client or by customs or if it gets lost.

1. The conditions to change or return an item are:

  • The client must have the purchase receipt or proof of payment by giving ID or gift card number.
  • Items that have not been used may be returned not later than thirty (30) calendar days after purchased.
  • In order for the EXCHANGE to be approved, the item to EXCHANGE has to be in the same condition and form as it was sent. This means the product must:
  • Have the original price tag and hygienic liners on. If either one of these pieces or the item itself are somehow damaged, washed, dirty, stained, worn-out or humid, the item will not be accepted (without exception). If we receive any item in these conditions, it will be sent back, and the delivery will be charged to the client.
  • The exchange must be made for an item of the same or grater value, and the difference will be charged to the client.

2. Clients have five (5) working days to exercise the right of withdrawal of purchase, and it applies only to purchases made on the Online Store and on special cases and conditions on compliance with the provisions of Article 47 of Law 1480/2011.

3. KINIRA SWIMWEAR allows the exchange of an item within thirty (30) calendar days after purchased. This time does not affect in any way the legal guarantees of the provider and other rights of the consumer in the current Colombian legislation.

4. KINIRA SWIMWEAR retains the right to accept exchanges with previous revision of the product, verifying previously stated conditions on section 1.

5. All product exchanges are subject to availability of inventory. No cash reimbursement is made after an item is purchased. If the client does not want to make the exchange for any of the items on stock at the time, they will get a store credit voucher, valid for one (1) year. 

6. Shipping charges to return the item to our address are to be paid by the customer. If the package is sent to be paid upon delivery, it will be rejected.

SHIPPINGS

DOMESTIC SALES

  • We have a delivery time of two (2) and up to six (6) working days, counted from one day after the item was purchased.
  • The merchandise will be shipped via TCC, who are responsible for the safety of the package and delivery.
  • These times do not apply when you buy products on sale or on special events.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

  • We have a delivery time of ten (10) and up to fifteen (15) working days, counted from one
  •  day after the item was purchased. This time may vary if the package is in the hands of local authorities or customs.
  • The merchandise will be shipped via DHL EXPRESS, who are responsible for the safety of the package and delivery.
  • These times do not apply when you buy products on sale or on special events.
  • Make sure to wear the right underwear when trying on the garment.

TRACK MY PACKAGE

The client will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the purchase is approved. The tracking number will allow the client to keep track of the package at all times.

Clients must check the state of the delivery at the website of DHL EXPRESS (for international shipping) or TCC (for domestic shipping).
