      RETURN POLICY

       

      The following return policy only applies to online purchases made through www.kinira.co ; Purchases made to department stores or distributors may only be returned to the original seller..

      If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the items within 20 days of purchase, for exchage or store credit, if they are in perfect condition, and if they are not sale items. No refunds are offered.

       

      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      - All international orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.

      -Returns are accepted within twenty (20) days from the shipped date.

      -Sale items are final sale. Sale items can’t be returned for an exchange, nor store credit. Any sale item returned would be sent back to the address registered in the original purchase at customer expense.

      -Returned items that are non-sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit valid for one (1) year. No refunds are offered.

      -All Returns must have Receipt present, your item must be in perfect condition and have no indications of use. All returns must have their respective tags and packaging still intact. Products that do not have the original tags, hygiene guards in place, damaged, washed in any way, dirty with suntan spots, makeup, or have a musty smell will not be taken back

      -All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
