This return policy applies to all orders placed digitally, be it via our website, telephone, social networks and/or email.
A “Sale item” is any item on our website that has been clearly marked as discounted. These products cannot be returned. Any returned sale items will be sent back to the customer’s original shipping address at the buyer's expense.
All shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, including in situations were the package is rejected by the customer, by customs, or if the package is lost.

2. The right to withdraw your purchase only applies to purchases made through the Online Store, and must comply with the events and conditions provided for in Law 1480 of 2011 Article 47, provided that it is exercised during the five (5) business days following the date of purchase.
3. KINIRA allows a product exchange, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after the purchase is made. This period does not affect the legal guarantees of the provider and other rights recognized for the consumer in the current Colombian legislation.

5. All changes are subject to inventory availability. Kinira does not refund to the original form of payment and will issue a store credit of the value of the return. The store credit is valid for one (1) year.
6. Shipping costs to return products are borne by the customer. If they are sent as cash upon delivery it will not be received.
